The best answer is that it is a combination of the above, with the care and consideration of Personal Training. That old saying, 'not one size fits all' rings very true here. Exercises are set BUT the moves are differentiated to suit you, your abilities, needs and targets. Whether this means scaled-up or scaled down dependant on YOUR fitness level. We work you to your max, no one elses. You are not pitted against one another.
These Sessions are for ALL abilities and fitness levels. There is certainly no need to feel anxious as we harness a judgement free, supportive environment.
The focus is weight-loss, strength and tone, through High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
Alongside the sessions, a small at-home fitness programme is set. This is accompanied by instructional videos that are sent through our closed group support.
The courses are bookable in six week blocks. The upcoming blocks are now available for booking below. Please contact email@example.com for availability and to book.
The block runs for 6 weeks with 6 x 1 hour sessions for £45 (sessions interchangable between venues if you weren't able to make one) OR 12 sessions between both venues for a discounted £80.
